Pipeline engineering
BROCKHAUS ENVIRONMENT is a certified welding company. We are able to produce pipelines with a maximum diameter of 1000mm. Various welding techniques can be employed, depending project and customer requirements. Our qualified welders possess all the required certificates of the German Association for Technical Inspection (TÜV).
We also support the dimensioning of your pipelines and calculate individual pressure loss.
Gas production
In order to overcome plant-intern pressure losses in the pipelines, different compressors or fans can be used:
- Radial fans
- Side-channel compressors
- Rotary piston compressors
- Liquid ring vacuum pumps
That way, the transport of gas over long distances can be ensured.
Explosive gases
The certification as a specialized welding firm and many years of experience in the construction of pipelines for the transport of biogas, mine gas as well as exhaust air qualify BROCKHAUS ENVIRONMENT as a reliable and skilled partner, even when dealing with highly flammable gases.
Our pipelines are equipped with all relevant safety components in order to fulfill the required safety standards. Our systems are designed for usage in explosion-hazardous areas and the used components all have the mandatory ATEX-certificates.
