In order to ensure the highest level of safety, we offer mobile systems that control and monitor our cleaning plants.
The output of data is possible both on site and via remote transmission and can prove our cleaning performance to you and/or to the authorities.
If the pre-defined process limits are exceeded, the corresponding safety systems take effect.
Monitoring systems:
- Temperature & CO monitoring (e.g. hot-spot detection in activated carbon filters)
- Level monitoring (e.g. in mobile storage tanks)
- Volume flow or pressure measurements
- Measurement of the saturation concentration of hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulfide and other chemical substances (e.g. to detect loaded activated carbon filters)
Safety systems:
- Nitrogen inerting
- Quick closing valves
- Notification via SMS or E-Mail
- Optical and acoustic signals
